Forest Hills Rugby Club 2010 Dues 

Forest Hills Rugby Club is a fully self-supporting organization, relying solely on dues and donations to operate.  The club receives no funding from Forest Hills Public Schools.  The “Pay to Participate” fee that other sports require does not apply to Club sports, including Rugby.   None of the coaches is paid, but as detailed below, annual expenses include uniforms, professional referee payments, national and state organization dues, food/beverages for home games (the host team traditionally pays for a post game meal for all home/visitor players and coaches) and supplies (including extra mouthguards, medical kit supplies and field equipment).  It is therefore essential that each player pay his dues before the first game on March 26, 2010.  If a player has not paid before the first game, he will not be issued a uniform or be allowed to play.   Financial hardship will be accommodated as best possible—if you need to discuss an alternate payment schedule, please contact Maggie Ellwood, acting Club Treasurer, at mnellwood@comcast.net or 975-9105 (H)/443-3337 (C).

*On payment, each player will be issued a uniform.  If the player decides not to keep the uniform at the close of the season, it may be returned to Coach Ellwood after the last game in clean, reusable condition for a refund of the uniform charge.  If a player has a uniform from the 2009 season and does not require a new jersey ($70), shorts ($20) and/or socks ($10), these charges may be deducted from the 2010 total due.  Please note this along with payment.

 Please note that there may be additional expenses incurred during the season (e.g., for Club participation in playoffs or extra tournaments) that will be assessed separately, as incurred.
